My product arrived damaged, what should I do?
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item (such as the wrong size, product or a manufacturing defect), please contact our Customer Service team immediately with your order details and a clear photo of the issue. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that underwear, swimwear, personal care products and items marked as "non-returnable" (including gift cards) cannot be returned unless they are unopened and unused. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your package arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement and we will cover the return shipping costs.
